Men Overview

Within our society there is much ignorance, taboo and misinformation surrounding male rape and sexual abuse. We strive to change this perception and to support men and boys through very challenging times. Simply put, men and boys can be abused.
We have a strong commitment to ensuring that we deliver a quality service to all survivors of sexual trauma, whether male or female. We realise however, that the impact of unwanted sexual behaviour can be very different between the two sexes.

Our service provides practical and emotional support to non-offending men and boys, aged 13+, who are survivors of all forms of sexual abuse, whether recent or historic. We also offer this support to non-offending family members and partners.

Support can be accessed in a variety of ways:-

•Face-to-Face Dunoon, Rothesay, Helensburgh and Oban

•Telephone throughout all of Argyll & Bute and the Islands

•Email throughout all of Argyll & Bute and the Islands

•Letter throughout all of Argyll & Bute and the Islands
